1. Assist in the preparation work before product development and production, including the preparation of environment, equipment, production materials, consumables, etc., and be responsible for the assistance and tracking management of the production process;

2. Be responsible for the management of strain library, plasmid library, cell library and virus;

3. Be responsible for the management of production area cleaning, instruments and tools;

4. Be responsible for the management of laboratory record books, production auxiliary records, and instrument and equipment use records;

5. Be responsible for the acceptance statistics and management of production reports, laboratory reports and environmental testing reports;

6. Be responsible for the feedback and tracking of abnormal situations in the department, and regular reporting of work progress.

1.Junior college degree or above, majoring in medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, life sciences, etc.

2. Have good organizational planning ability, analytical judgment ability, and strong execution ability;

3. Good communication skills, management skills and problem-solving skills.

4. Understand the laws and regulations related to drug production and quality, and GMP-related regulations.
